What is office ergonomics?

Ergonomics is the science of designing tools and workspaces that fit the human body to create comfortable, efficient, and productive work environments.


Here are 5 ideas to optimize office ergonomics:


#1 Having Good Posture
  • Neutral Posture:Keep your back straight, shoulders relaxed, and elbows at a 90-degree angle.

  • Head Position: Keeping your head level and facing forward.

  • Distance: Position the monitor about an arm's length away from your eyes.

  • Angle: Tilt the monitor slightly upward to reduce glare.
